Total war attila encyclopedia
I'm struggling to get into the newer historical games (specifically Attila). I love the period, and the idea of an in-depth diplomacy system, politics, and other campaign mechanics. In theory. In practice, I'll fire up a campaign to give the game another shot, but when my eye catches the reminder to start researching a technology, my heart sinks. I think Attila is a good game. I think it could be great if built upon. I don't mean reskins and "culture packs" and "mini campaigns", but actual improvements, mechanics, and features. Ability to change capital location. Notifications during battle stay on screen until dismissed. Ranged and reload rate added to unit stats. Option for faction icons and/or banners above units in battles instead of class icons. Ability to call only certain allies Just discovered this in the encyclopedia. Hadn't heard of it before. Now all they need to add is the option to transfer a siege you initiated to an ally. In Total War: ATTILA, it is now possible to join a siege or blockade of a port settlement initiated by another friendly faction. If it is besieging a port settlement with a land force, you are free to blockade or attack the port from the ocean.
